Consumer Expectations Are Changing

Customer loyalty expectations shifted dramatically from 2003 to 2004, according to results from The 2004 Brand Keys Loyalty Index by Brand Keys, New York, NY. Seventy-seven percent of the 32 categories changed. Brand Keys said the shift was most notable in banks, car rentals, energy providers, mobile telephones, copiers and search engines.
